What Counts as Harassment

Sexual harassment includes any unwanted behavior of a sexual nature, such as:
• Unwelcome comments, jokes, or gestures.
• Requests for sexual favors or personal attention.
• Touching or physical contact that makes someone uncomfortable.
• Any act of sexual assault or intimidation.

How to Report

If you experience or witness harassment or assault:
• Report it to your supervisor or manager, or
• Contact HR by email at info@imperativesecurityservices.com, or
• Call 800-994-1696 to report directly or anonymously.

All reports are handled with respect, fairness, and confidentiality.

Training & Compliance

All employees receive regular training on:
• Preventing sexual harassment and assault.
• Promoting respect and cultural awareness.
• Understanding employee rights and protections.

New hires complete this training within 90 days of joining, and all staff refresh it every two years.
